Updates to the appointment booking page:

1. When the user selects pharmacy search, it will ask permission from the user to allow getting their location. If they click "Allow", pharmacies within 10km will be included in the search results. If they don't allow the location permission, it will get all pharmacies instead. (The user's location is not saved, and is only used for searching for nearby pharmacies.)

2. Removed the "Cancel" button from clinic policy popups.

3. Added the following message at the bottom of the COVID-19 screening form: "For the safety of our staff and other patients, please certify that your answers to the above questions are true."

Updates to video appointments:

1. Added pharmacy name and address in the doctor view, if the patient selected a pharmacy when booking the appointment.

2. If the doctor joins the appointment and the patient is not there, we send an SMS notification to the patient with the video link.

Updated the SMS reminders to include the doctor's name.

Updated the error page to use the new Cortico branding.
