Cortico Web Release:

1. Updates to New Patient Signup:

1.1 - Added an address input formatter (Mapbox) to the new patient form. This will autocomplete the patient's address on entry. Choosing a suggestion will also auto-fill the city and postal code fields.

1.2 - Updated the wording on the consent page for new patient signups and terminal check-ins.

2. Updates to Video Appointments:

2.1 - Fixed ICE error handling when joining appointments.

3. Updates to Appointment Reminders:

3.1 - Fixed a bug where SMS reminders for appointments occurring earlier than the clinic's configured reminder time would not be sent.

4. Updates to Patient Messaging:

4.1 - More UI/visual updates applied to the messages list: Added redirect buttons to relevant tabs on the Patient-Initiated Message screen. These will take you to the appropriate page in the new Patient Dashboard. Selecting “Other” will show the messenger and send button.

4.2 - More UI/visual updates applied to the filter and header.

4.3 - Fixed a bug where the incorrect error message was shown when there were no conversations.

4.4 - Added triage prompts for patient-initiated messaging that will redirect the patient to other pages in Cortico for common functions.

Cortico Plug-in:

1. Updates to the Accuro Plug-in:

1.1 - Made it easier to navigate back to the patient audit page, without needing to close and re-open a CDS link.

1.2 - Added a better error message for when a patient is not found.

2. Updates to 2-Way Patient Messaging:

2.1 - Added notifications that occur if files are not yet saved to the patient's e-chart.

2.2 - Fixed issues with the online/offline status.

2.3 - Fixed a bug where 1-way patient messages were appearing in the "open conversations" filter search.

2.4 - Various bug-fixes for recently committed exhaustive-deps.

2.5 - Fixed a bug where closing/reopening conversations from the Conversation History window was not immediately reflected from the patient’s perspective.

3. Updates to the MedAccess Plug-in:

3.1 - E-forms will now be integrated in MedAccess so that they don’t need to be downloaded or faxed and go through a tedious process of re-attaching into an email and sending.
