Set limit for number of photos patients can upload to 5.
Updates to appointment booking UI:
Added tooltip for "One-time Use Number" in step 3.
Changed labeling for pharmacy in step 2.
If user who updated FTE status has no first name and last name, username will be shown in the email notification.
Allow having batch invites in specialist booking.
