Cortico Web Release:

1. Updates to Patient Portal:

1.1 - Fixed a bug where patients who have a previously marked invalid phone number for SMS (e.g. a landline) could not use voice 2FA to sign in.

1.2 - Removed countdown for video appointments and added a message indicating if a doctor is in the appointment room.

1.3 - Fixed a bug in patient messaging where previously-opened conversations still remained visible after applying a filter that should have resulted in no conversations being shown.

1.4 - Added a customizable new conversation warning text in patient messaging (the "Messages in this conversation are part of your medical record..." text).

1.5 - Added automated prompts in patient-initiated messaging.

1.6 - Fixed a bug where the patient portal would show a flash of content before the patient had signed in.

1.7 - Fixed a bug where tapping on the search bar in patient messaging on mobile causes an automatic zoom.

1.8 - Fixed a bug where the message bar was positioned off-screen in patient-initiated messaging on mobile.

1.9 - Fixed a bug that occurred while connecting to video appointments, in instances when the doctor would join an appointment after the patient.

1.10 - Removed the "Go back to old version" button on the new patient portal.

2. Updates to Terminal Kiosks:

2.1 - The doctor name will now be shown when checking in to an existing appointment.

2.2 - Added customizable messages, to be displayed when a patient checks in to an existing appointment or books a new appointment at the terminal.

3. Updates to Appointment Reminders:

3.1 - If there is an error looking up a patient from the EMR while sending appointment reminders, the system will now continue to the next appointment instead of aborting.

4. Updates to Clinic Settings:

4.1 - [Juno] Added Rostered workflows to the Workflows tab for Juno clinics.

4.2 - Fixed a bug where Doctors and Specializations would remain active when the User is set to inactive.

4.3 - Fixed a bug where you could only add one locum without refreshing the page.

4.4 - Notification emails will now be sent to the clinic when health teams or locum coverages are expiring soon.

5. Other Updates:

5.1 - Fixed a bug where "&" characters in Workflow cards on the Book page were not encoded correctly.

5.2 - [Accuro] Added pagination to the Generate Letters API to fix a bug where only one page of Generated Letters would be retrieved.

Cortico Plug-in:

1. Updates to Two-Way Patient Messaging:

1.1 - Fixed a bug where the red placeholder background for loading PNGs wouldn't disappear after the image finished loading.

1.2 - Fixed a bug where files in the chat would render empty chat bubbles if the file-send did not have a message body.

1.3 - Added a test to check if the chat is disabled so the patient is notified live that the conversation is closed and won't waste time writing a message that can’t be sent.

1.4 - Fixed a bug where users could allow replies for inactive conversations in the plugin UI.

2. Updates to New User Registration:

2.1 - Added the ability to see the addresses of clinics in the "clinic select" dropdown in the plug-in's registration UI.

3. Updates to User Interface:

3.1 - Updates UI Labels – replaced "Archive / Archived" with "Close / Closed".
