Appointment Booking Updates:

1. Renamed the "Cancel" button to "Change Service". Patient's health card number and date of birth are saved when changing service if they click on "Remember my info". Removed "Change Service" button from the header menu and replaced it with an "Exit" button at the top right header menu.

2. Updates to pharmacy search UI.

Patient Survey Updates:

1. Added a link to the patient survey in the post-booking page.

2. Updated the unsubscribe text in the email footer and added a link to the patient survey.

Clinic Billing Updates:

1. Fixed a bug in "Billed users" where users without first name and last name displayed "Anonymous". We now display their username

Cortico Plug-In:

E-form Bulk Attachment Updates:

1. Updated the e-form bulk attachment so that signatures carry over when using the bulk e-form tool.
