1.1 - Added a config in the /settings page that allows you to choose if a particular workflow will be selectable when creating a Request to Book invite.

2. Updates to Appointment Emails:

2.1 - Appointments with required tasks will now contain "ACTION REQUIRED" in the subject line of their email notifications.
