Please whitelist Cortico's cloud IP address (192.30.89.155) to ensure we can connect.
[Note: Check with Cortico to ensure that this IP address is correct, there may be a circumstance where you will be asked to use a different IP address - is this common that the IP address changes? if so, then we shouldn't get user to do this preemptively]
This process might take between a few hours to a several days, depending on the EMR provider. Your Cortico account manager will reach out to you to start customizing Cortico to meet your needs.
